Need Divorce information mutual consent or contesting

I am 48 years old female with 10 year old son. I have been married for 23 years but I want divorce and my husband does not want to divorce me. Here are a few reasons I would like to end this marriage. 1. No job 2. No sex/ no romance 3. Smoking 4. Alcoholic (went to de-addiction 3 times) 5. Verbal abuse (I have call recordings) 6. Angry 7. Skin disease 8. Verbally abusive mother 9. Anti social 10. Self-righteousness 11. Narcissistic behaviour He has hardly held any job for longer than 6 months. From 2011, he has no job. He gets into arguments with everyone. Living with him and his abusive mother is HELL. I would like to know how to go about the divorce. I do not have a job too, right now but I can manage.
