I need divorce from my habitual of drink husband who was physicially handicapped from both legs have artificial legs before marriage still I got married with him by heart and his family and he both torturte me menatally and physically
He refused to sign for divorce help me I have 1 year baby
you may file for divorce on grounds of cruelty under the Hindu marriage act. for thr same, you will need to engage a lawyer, who will draft the petition for divorce, after hearing all the facts from you and including the relevant facts in the said petition.
