Need Divorce from wife who is away since 3 Years
20-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi Everyone.
I got married to my wife in 2012 since then we had issues, she is my paternal cousins daughter, My marriage was a forceful marriage by Father, He forced me to get into this marriage, though I got into forcefully I tried to give my marriage 100%, but still things were not nice between us from the beginning, I have a daughter of 5 years now, And we had issues from day one as she always wanted to stay seperate from my parents, but I never wanted it being only son to my old parents and widow sister, had many responsibilities. Things only got worse between us, 4 years back when i was away from home with friends on a trip, there was a fight between my dad and her, she called her parents and in my absence her parents came and took her to there home, since then she is not returning back home, from 4 year my daughter is kept away, I don't want to stay with that wicked lady anymore, please advise how can i divorce her and remarry someone I like very much.
Please advise

According to your narration you already have a bride readily now.
coming to the matter, the distance between you both about 3 years is sufficient cause for seeking divorce. apart from dislike against your parents, her voluntary desertion of 3 years is also amounts her negligence towords you. this is also a good ground for you.
Firstly you are advised to got issue a legal notice to your wife through an advocate with a demand of divorce. then she will decide what to do? if she is also willing, after a mediation for terms and other conditions you can obtain a divorce by mutual consent. there the matter will close emicably.
if she denies, file a petition before a court of law seeking divorce.
