Need Divorce From Wife ..Marriage Has Been Of 45 Days

Hi..my brother in law married a girl with whom he had a love marriage after meetin her during covid time... He is a simple person and before marriage the girl asked him for financial help of 1 lakh which he gave to the girl... Just 20 days before marriage the boys father had a stroke and got paralysed... However the marriage took place and right from day 1 of marriage she has been torturing her financially and also fighting with him and his mother... A few days back she even broke the tv set at home and my brother in laws phone...and she is thretening to put a dowry and harrasment case on him and her mother in law and sisters... My brother in law is a soft spoken person and is in severe depression and fear...the girls mother is also thretening him and the girls sister is already a divorcee who took divorce within 6 mts after marriage by taking huge alimony... Please suggest how my brother in law can get out of this honey trap... Its just 45 days he has been married
