Need Divorce from my wife as soon as possible please advice the proces

Divorce needed from wife as we are not happy together it's been 6 yr of marriage. I have a daughter
You can go for a mutual divorce if both you and your wife agree for it. It will take almost 6 month for the complete process whereafter you and wife both will be legally separate. If your wife does not agree for mutual divorce you can go for a contested divorce where you will get the divorce after an Order from fhe Court.

you need to file divorce petition,once you file a divorce petition you will be granted divorce .the process is very simple, you have a daughter,if her age is more than 5 years,you can file child custody case
