Need divorce but next party delaying to give divorse.

From last 5 years my sister in law living at her father's home. Her husband not giving divorse and he was married to another girl but we have no proof. He is in army. From last 3 years we struggling to give divorse but he is coming I court and only telling I will think. Need further suggestions what we will do in this case.
what is you exact position of your case if it is pending before Hon ble court and her husband not appearing before court since from many dates and present for evidence also you can proceed for you case. Thank you

firstly you must make an situation by which he will take divorce for that file dv application ask alimony and also 125 and ask alimony and also in divorce go for alimony due to paying mony to your sister his second wife will force him to take divorce from your sister and one more thing these alimony will start withing 6 months and also write latter to military bas contain complaint about his conduct
