Need divorce as i have found my wife cheating

I need help.. It has been an year only i got married.. After marriage i found out that she has extra marital affair with my wife...d.found their chats happened prior to 2-3 days of wedding....when confronted initally she refused but later on she accepted the truth..and told.me that she wants to keep me has her partner for ever To which i forgave her and tried maintaining and helping in getting that guy out of his life....but she have started tourching me and my family...abusing and mental trauma... .one more thing in when confronted..she was.pregnant..... We both live alone in delhi...so during pregnancy her mother took her to take care of her Now i am blessed with a daughter...but she stills tourchere me like hell over petty and small issues...!!!! I have tried ending my life twice, but her tourchere is exceeding day by day... In last one year my mom came 4time to take care of her but she never let her live happily, by tourchering and abusing. I need to know what can be done now?

You can take a divorce on grounds of cruelty under Section 13A(i) of HMA. Obviously you will be required to pay maintenance. However if you wish to take action you do it at earliest if you feel she can take action against you. Other than that you can even go for marriage counselling. That will not only help but in future if it fails then you would be having the ground that tried to apply conciliatory methods but didn’t work

hello client as i can see ur issue is really very serious. in this Matter you should take urgent steps urgently so tht things can get turn up into your fevour isteas of increase if torture. in this matter inthink we should urgently move to court for teaching lesson to ur wife and ur mother in law. so tht they can get down and get out ofnue life permanantly.

You can do the following things: 1. The only thing you can do is to file for a divorce on the grounds of adultery as well as; 2. The next thing you can do is file a complaint against your wife on behalf of your mother.
