Need Divorce and i couldn't pay for it myself

Its been 8 years completed when i got married. She had make a problem by love some one for 2 years and now she is living with him for 10 days after stayed 6 months in her parent's house not with me. I have a son and he is with me for last 6 months. I do not want to complaint against her but I need legal divorce from her also she should not come again for me and my son and i do not want any relationship with her and her family.
the divorce proceedings can be started by filing case at appropriate court. the divorce can be filled under cruel ground and if possible under adultery also. the minimum separately period is needed for the divorce proceedings

There is only one way to approach your problem. You need to file for divorce in the court and let your wife contest it. Given the present scenario your wife will not agree to divorce by mutual consent and she will deny all allegations.
