Need an advice as my wife is staying with me and i hv filed a divorce.

I have filed divorce case on behalf of cruelity. My wife tried to commit suicide but fortunately she survived after a long medical treatment. Again she has tried and threatened for this. I have filed a divorce case but first date is in December. She is living with me and not going her home. What can i do for my safety?

Hello Sir, Just quick update that post filing the first date must have been there and you could have apprised the court regarding the same. If not then please go for preponement of the date and submit the same before Judge. For further clarification please call. Thanks Adv Dr Preeti

Jha pr vo rh rhi h apke sath vo ghr kiske naam pr hai or wt the plea u had take under dv act and what are the other issues and litigation were going on between you it's difficult to give advice without all facts.. Tell me the full story
