Need advise on how to proceed with divorce

7 years of marriage, my husband lost trust and suspect's me of talking to other guys, even though I don't do it, we had a marriage of 45 days, he saw some work photos i my laptop when I was out of town since then he has been abusing me with bad words, it didn't stop, i tolerate and fought with him for 3 to 4 years, when ever we fight he says "i don't need u go to ur home". Since last two years I am coming and oing to his home but not lives there, since 2023 April I left his home and at father's,
