Need advise on how to get a divorce from my partner. Please suggest.

Hello sir, I have been married for 8 years but there was no understanding, no love and no care in my marriage. We have been living as a couple just for the sake of our child and we both know that thing. Recently I fell in love with some other girl and really want to be with her and live a happy life again and told the same thing to my wife also that I want a divorce and want to end this so called marriage. But now she is adamant that she will not give me a divorce. What should I do now? I don’t want to be with her anymore. Please suggest.

Hi According to the details given by you, you can file a case of contesting divorce. Your wife is not agreed for a mutual Divorce case than the only option left with you is to file contesting divorce. Only than it is possible for you to get free from this matrimonial relationship

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship you can file for divorce against her on cruelty grounds. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in max of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Dear Client The best way forward would be to have a mutual divorce filed which will save your time and money. The terms of the settlement should be decided before hand. In a case where your spouse does not agree, you will have to go for a contested divorce which will take time. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further

you need to file a case of contested divorce under relevant provisions if your wife is not ready to give divorce. To make your case even stronger I would start the procedure by sending her a Legal Notice first.

You must arrange a social meeting to sort out things ! Vise versa if your wife would have fell in love with someone would you allow her to leave you n get married to another guy ? Therefore, you need to talk to her n arrange for social gatherings among your family’s or relatives! If you still happen to divorce her then do the same with respect & kindness ! If set agrees for mutual divorce than well n good else we need to contest this case ! B in touch
