Need advice on filing divorce against Premarital affair

My Sister in law was found to have an affair with a guy before marriage and she spoke to him 2 times even after marriage. We got all the proofs of her affair with him. She has also filed a compliant in police station on that guy for a reason he has promised to marry her and dumped. Is this reason enough to file divorce?

Your question is confusing. For whom you have posted this question? Normally affairs before marriage end from the onset of marriage. But if the person continues with the affair then there is a problem. But if you say that she has suppressed the fact then she will say that you were informed already. I need complete details so that I can guide you further.

any relationship of a woman before marriage is not at all adultery and it is not an offence and not an offence for matrimonial relationship if that relationship even continues after the marriage then it is a ground for divorce of the marriage so this case you cannot win that it is an affair before marriage if they you can prove the direction adultery after marriage and there is any relationship with the person after the marriage then you can file divorce
