need advice on divorce n maintainces

Sir i m hindu unemployed women with boy child. My hus separated for 1 years from me by listening inlaws words wantedly to file divorce on desertion n cruelty. It was love marriage. He stopped visiting us nor pay any money. Now i received notice from him n from source i came to know they are planning for next marriage. nHis lawyer sent notice also they are planning to reduce maintainces by showing some thing's. Wat to do at this stage. How to move frwd nHow to teach them lesson.? Will judgement go on his favour.

dear client, there are various grounds of divorce, first the divorce petition must be checked, if you want to stay with him you can file a application for the same. Now maintenance will reduce I am unable to understand. for more details feel free to contact me.

it is usually seen woman in society get feared and tend not to take steps when they think their husband is right and they stop thinking it is very easy to trap your husband and do not worry there is a simple step if your planning is proper nobody can save your husband provide if you take a positive approach towards taking strict action against your husband

you should visit a competent lawyer immediately. I couldn't understand few aspect of your case like if the divorce has been decreed or not. if yes then what was his ground and what was your reply to that. whether you decided to challenge the decree or not. how the maintenance order has been obtained and whether the divorce decree passed any alimony in your favor. it is strongly suggested that you see a lawyer immediately.
