5th july 2016 ko mujhe mere husband and unke gharwalo ne bhut mara and ghar se nikal dia. mujhe mere 4 saal ke bache ke saath unhone ghar se nikal dia main apne ghar bhi ni gyi kyu ki mere ghar waale bhi hamesha ghum firke mere husband aur unke gharwalo ki he side lete hai unka maan na hai ki mera ghar ab wahi hai and main marungi bhi ab wahi and rahungi bhi wahi. mere ghar wale bhut gareeb hai islie ye court ke chakkar mein na padhne ke lie unhone mujhe complaint nahi karne di and January 2017 mein mere ghar dwarka family court se kagaz aaya ki hearing hai. hearing mein mere husband and unke advocate ne mere upar bhut saare jhoot ilzaam laga die and jab alimony ki baat aai toh usne bola ki wo 50,000 rupee dega mere bache ke naam pe kya mere bache ko zindagi bhar palne ke lie 50,000 kaafi hai and next time hame common lawer mila woh bhi mere husband ki side leke bol rahe the ki inhe divorce dedo aur dusra ladka mil jaega acha toh usse shaadi kar lena. mujhe mera haq dilwae please. ....
Aapko ek accha advocate karna hoga jo doosri side se na mile. Meri advise hai ki aap apni sab details ke saath baat kare aapka case strong hai. Aapke pass bahut kanuni adhikar hain. Wo aapko 50000 ke liye majboor nahi kar sakta.
