Need advice in my case. How can I apply for divorce

Hello Sir,
Me aur mere husband ki shadi march 2017 me delhi hui.
Uske badd me unki behen aur unki aai aaise 4 log hm rehete the.
Shadi 1-2 hfte bad hi un logo ne mentally harreshent marpit krna shuru kr diya. Bad me bahot clashesh ho jane ke bad mene mahila aayog me complaint kr di.
Aur relatives, mahila aayog me Samzota hua tha unki aai aur behen hamare sath nahi rahenge. Lekin 1-2 mahine ho ja ne ke baad fir se un logo ka vahi natak chalu ho gaya ye sab hamara he kr le tuze kya karna he. Isme 1-2 sal ho gaye
Bad me 2 month ki preganet thi aur mentally stress ki vajah se mere mayke chali aai. Aur unfortanetly mera misscarriage bhi ho gaya. Mere husband ko unke ghar valo phir bhi kuch padi nahi he. Abhi to un logo ne contact he karna bhi chod diya he. In this situation me divorce kr liye kese apply kru.

In this case, you have two options, either go for mutual divorce if your husband is also ready for it or you can file it on contested grounds like cruelty and desertion. aap ek domestic Violence ka case file karr sakte hai magistrate ki court mein. iske ilava aap cruelty ke ground parr divorce ka case apne maike ki court se bhi file karr saktey hai. aapke paas option hai maike ke disctrict ya apne sasural ke district ke court mein case file karne ka.
