Q: Fraud Case - Builder Took Money

Builder promised to deliver the flat in L zone delhi in three years and took 20% of total cost in advance. In last 2 years there has not been any progress it seems the project never existed they took the money and now they are not returning. Builder name is Antriksh group, what are my legal right to get the money back from builder

Hello. Legal remedies open to you are filing of a criminal case for the offences of cheating. You can also file a case in consumer court against the builder. Your case is a classic case where an innocent and bona fide buyer is duped of his hard earned money by a fraud. I suggest you to move fast and file appropriate cases against him.

Q: Remdesivir Injection Cheating Case

I required a 3 Remdesivir Injections for a Covid-19 patient and got to know about this man through a friend on Wtsap who can arrange the injections for the said amount of Rs.33,300/-. Upon contact through WhatsApp on 22/04/2021, the man asked to transfer Rs.11,100/- for the injections in advance and pay the remainder in cash upon delivery. I paid the advance amount through Paytm after being assured for the delivery in 24 hours. After 24 hours when I made contact, the person said since the delivery guy is arrested by the police, he will not be able to provide the injections and will refund the Rs.11,100/- paid.I have been chasing him ever since for my money he kept delaying and first the person started with ignoring calls and now has blocked me from WhatsApp and calls. He was also audacious enough to say that do whatever you want - Police Complaint or come to my home and I will see what you can do.What is my legal recourse in this matter and how can I get my money back? Please advise.

Your case perfectly falls within the domain of criminal law. You have a clear case of cheating. Looks like the person had no intention to give you any injections and just wanted to rob you off your money. Several cases of this nature have come in light recently. Hello Sir,Me aur mere husband ki shadi march 2017 me delhi hui. Uske badd me unki behen aur unki aai aaise 4 log hm rehete the. Shadi 1-2 hfte bad hi un logo ne mentally harreshent marpit krna shuru kr diya. Bad me bahot clashesh ho jane ke bad mene mahila aayog me complaint kr di.Aur relatives, mahila aayog me Samzota hua tha unki aai aur behen hamare sath nahi rahenge. Lekin 1-2 mahine ho ja ne ke baad fir se un logo ka vahi natak chalu ho gaya ye sab hamara he kr le tuze kya karna he. Isme 1-2 sal ho gayeBad me 2 month ki preganet thi aur mentally stress ki vajah se mere mayke chali aai. Aur unfortanetly mera misscarriage bhi ho gaya. Mere husband ko unke ghar valo phir bhi kuch padi nahi he. Abhi to un logo ne contact he karna bhi chod diya he. In this situation me divorce kr liye kese apply kru.
