Hi , Mera Divorce case chal raha hai mer patni ne mere against file kiya hai filhal court ne 6 months ka tike diya hai jo 3 april ko end ho raha hai maine ghar wallo ke dawab me aa kar aapsi rajamandi ke forms par signature kar diya actually mere ko ye talak nahi chahiye aap please meri madad kare koi kanuni upay bataye jissse mere ko kuch time mill jaye or issko maine khatam kar saku agar court mere ko time deti hai to kittna time deti hai
It seems you filled the petition for divorce under csection 13b of hma. Yes at the time of hearing you can refuse to mutual consent divorce you can say to the court that you don't want divorce and after this court do not pass dicree of divorce
