As per Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 I want to file for mutual divorce on the ground of incompatibility and mental disorder

Dear Sir,
In Mutual Divorce the other spouse may not allow you to file it on the ground of incomparability and mental disorder. With the consent of other spouse Mutual Divorce can be taken without any allegations on either party. There will be cooling period of six months and it may be waived off if valid grounds are shown to the Court.
