Need a guidance to get prepare for Alimony in case of divorce petitio

If the husband is asking for mutual divorce and he is ready to agree for alimony do I need to prepare

If husband is asking for mutual divorce and you also agree for it then naturally you can ask for alimony. In mutual consent divorce petition, consent terms on which both husband and wife agree for divorce is a very important part of the petition and it shall include all the relevant points such as alimony, child custody and access to other spouse, joint property ownership issues and solution acceptable for both etc.

Yes if you also want to Divorce him, then, you must go for Mutual Divorce by filing a Mutual Divorce Petition in the concerned Family Court. Moreover, your Husband is also giving you the Alimony, so you don't have to fight separately for it.
