Necessissity physical appearance of women in christian divorce

Does a woman need to be physically present in Court for Christian divorce proceedings, or can she be represented by her lawyer?

At time of filing she could be represented by her power of attorney holder who could be her sibling or parent but not her lawyer. However at time of evidence and passing of orders she has to be physically present in front of Judge. .

There will be instances where the party needs to be present in person. You can seek permission for video-conferencing. In the alternative, you can also execute a Special Power of Attorney to someone who can represent your best interests in the case.
