If both parties agree to get divorce with mutual understanding then there are some formalities with legal steps to be filed in court. Both parties should get compromise to withdraw the cases. If you're ready to settle her final maintenance then you should mention with proper final settlement petition and mention all the legal points. If you have any further doubts contact me.

All the documents produced by you and other party will be marked by the court and a final decree will passed. After you fulfill her demand,Pay the amount in the court in the form of DD. So that there will be no chances of getting into litigation again.
