NCR against my parents by my husband

my Husband have registered NCR against my parents as they are not allowing him to lead married life even though we have filed FIR against him , so how it will impact on my parents job since they are gov job holders

As it is a non cognizable offence it is not going to affect in any manner, the police officer cannot arrest without warrant from Magistrate, further if summons is issued your parents can easily get bail but the chances of police filing chargesheet etc against your parents is very remote, there is absolutely no need to worry and there will be no effect on their job at all.
