My younger brother marriage life is not good , hindu

We are leaving as a joint family, my brother got married on Nov 7th 2020, since married he is not happy with her wife, her wife is very rude and arrogant, she is not having respect on our parents, and she is working in CTS, my brother is working in small level organization, she is earning 25000, my brother is earning 22000, so it was an ego clash, and she is having a lone of 3and half lakhs loan also, she is getting only 14000, her mom is also working in civil corporation office as a labour, she is the only child but no assets, she expected to live a luxury life in our home but it's not possible , so in that frustration she is keep on torturing him during night time, and she made false allegations in our family in police station like we all are beating her, and due to family dispute police compromised this false complaint made by her and my father said because of her I want my son to keep separate in rented house, and also asked time for 2 months , hence we need an solution.

The entire issue depends on what your brother wants. He has to come forward and make his choice. If he wants to continue in the marriage then let him move to a separate house and try. Or he will have to go for divorce. If child is there then things may be a bit complicated.

if you want to live with your wife then you should make some compromise measure and start all problem if it is one Level more you can go for restitution of conjugal rights and make a compromise in court but if you feel you cannot live with your wife and it is dangerous to leave your with your wife then you can proceed divorce

In this case, of course, you can but always think twice before doing anything. First, you need to be diced you able to resolve conflict amicable manner with your sister in law. If it does not work speck with the elders of the family members about your issues. if it does not work positively. Finally, approach counsel on how to step up progress legally.
