My wife’s advocate has sent me a legal mutual divorce concent notice

The points and contents mentioned in the petition are all proper and i agree with it. And i want to go ahead with it. But as i called her advocate she told me to reply her by mail or by courier so the reason i want a reply format to reply her. Will you please help me as per my present financial conditions i am not able to hire a advocate. Please atleast help me to reply her petition after that ill manage any how to arrange a advocate from my side. Thanking You
