On your part, you can file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights (RCR) which is a legal remedy seeking a court direction for her to resume cohabitation with you. This shows your intent to continue the marriage. However, it is important to understand that while the law can prevent an “automatic” divorce, no court can force two adults to emotionally live together. Keep records of her statements/messages that she wants to leave, as they may be relevant in court. Mention about everything on email to her and her family, if talking on call record the calls. Dont be abusive / threatening.

You can first try marriage counselling or mediation to resolve differences, as courts encourage reconciliation. If she is firm on divorce, it can be by mutual consent or a contested case. You may also file Restitution of Conjugal Rights if you wish to save the marriage.

You cannot take any steps before she leaves you. But after she leaves you can file Restitution of Conjugal Rights to call her again for residing together. Court if satisfied will pass order in your favour and give directions to ask her to reside and cohabit with you again.

as per the law, you cannot force your wife to live with you if she does not want you or she wants to get separated from you you have no other option to live her you can file for restitution of conjugal right, and ask for the joint custody of your child if you have any kids together,

Well, if your Wife does want Divorce and as such, you do not need it, then, she will not automatically get! She has to contest a long battle with you in Court to seek Divorce under the concerned provision of law.
