my wife traveled to the United States without getting divorced.

The police registered an FIR against me and my family based on a complaint my wife filed 9 months ago under IPC 323,498-A,50,4, Dowry Prohibition ACT 3,4 against us. A mutual divorce was agreed to, the divorce was underway, and she has now traveled to the United States without completing the divorce. Could you please let me know how to proceed with this issue now?

hi if your wife had left india without completimg divorce formalities then you could send her a notice regarding the same asking her to complete the formalities or otherwise the divorce proceedings would be futile and that you would proceed accrodingly

If mutual consent divorce already filed you cam complete the process by appointing GPA to appear on behalf of your wife and evidence can be tender virtually through vedio conference if bot parties are willing to proceed for Mutual consent divorce
