My wife took my mom's mobile and sent message to their parents demanding dowery.. she gave reason that she ran out of internet to get my mom's mobile.should I give a police complaint? She left home and making false statement of mental torcher.
Dear Sir,
It is better to lodge complaint with police immediately failing which her parents at her instance may lodge a complaint against you and your family members. Further you may file a case of Restitution of Conjugal Rights to avoid future claim of your wife that is of monthly maintenance from you.
