My wife took all the gold ornaments and left with her father

we have been married since 8 months. she used to fight for every silly things. One day after arguments she acted gently and called her father and left to her home with ally gold ornaments and costly items. Now after calling her she and her parents are threatening me that they will file case of dowry and domestic violence and she is telling me that she hasn't taken any gold. I don't know what to do now I am depression and seeking legal advice what step I can take now ?

Dear Sir, Immediately lodge a complaint of theft on your wife and his father having stolen your gold ornaments and get it registered by using influence. Within one year of marriage you cannot go for divorce unless there is strong and convincing ground to claim divorce. First decide whether marriage can be saved if not go for contesting divorce immediately and file an application saying that there are exceptional grounds to register your marriage before expiry of one year.

You can file RCR ( Restitution of conjugal rights) before family court under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and request the court to instruct your wife to join back to the matrimonial life. If you are interested to continue the matrimonial life with her u can do this otherwise you can go for divorce by filing divorce under the grounds of cruelty and desertion.

issue one notice to her for joining matrimonial home if she not come or not interested vthan you file simply one criminal case against her for not coming home or taken all the jwellers without your permission than if she agrees there ok or file case on court for rejoining or divorce any further information cal me
