Wife. Asks for. Maintenance. And. Judge. Ordered. Rs 20000. Per. Month. I cant give. What. To. Do

Dear Client.... if you have sufficient means you must to pay the maintenance amount to your wife, child or both... or otherwise you must to be prove that your wife haveing sufficient means before the court of law... if you are not in position to pay above said such amount you must file a appeal before appellate court against the order passed by the court of below... need furthermore clarification or any doubt please call me E.Iyappan Advocate thank you....

whether it's DVC or maintenance case. both are appeal before the high court for proper judgement. in DVC such huge amount can not be imposed only in mc cases only it is possible. so it could be appealed.
