My wife n me are ok with mutual divorse. What is the total cost of mutual divorse including lawyers fees n everything..plz give me approx cost.

If you both want to file divorce Petition then you will be needed to affix stamp fee of Rupees one hundred. And so far as regard to the fees of advocates they will charge as per their own accord but generally it takes maximum six months to complete the procedure so one will charge twenty to thirty thousand.

Hello. for mutual consent divorce my approximately cost will be 20000 including all charges. kindly mention your location. like Mumbai , thane etc. so that advocates can include there traveling allowance in it.
