My wife move to UK and her mother is refuse to take the court notice.

I have applied for divorce in April'22. Before that i was sent legal notice to my wife. That is already served to her. 3 time court sent her notice but that notice not served Beacuase her mother refuse the same. And we come to know that she moved to UK. nNow court want to send her notice to UK. nPlease tell me what will be the procedure further and how much time it will take

don't worry it is not much complicated, you can send notice to her through what's app, email by honble court permission, and also you can pray in court and send notice to her through UK Ammbessy, it will work
