First of all we have to send the legal notice to your wife containing all the facts since the marriage perform as well as we have to mention in it that you are wife is threatening to you as well as your family and she is torture to you and your family by mentally and physically
On the other hand we have to file a complaint application to the concerned police station as well as to the Commissioner of Police as precaution for non arrest to you and your family
And if we have strongly doubt that your wife is going to file a dowry case against you and your family then we have to file anticipatory bail application in the court for prevent the arrest.

as per latest supreme court observation police cannot arrest you without any evidence or investigation. in case if you come across any FIR filed against you and your family then you have to approach sessions court for anticipatory bail also you can use audio recording in your favor.

If you think your wife is going to file a false domestic violence complain against you there are chances of you, your mother , your father, your sister etc. for getting arrested immediately by the police. You need ti immediately apply for the Anticipatory Bail for the same in the appropriate court.

You as well as your family members should file a police complaint against your wife saying that she is threatening you and them to fulfil her demands or she would file a false complaint. Besides that no one can stop your wife from filing a case against you(even though its false) because that right every citizen of the country has. You should preserve these evidences with you so that you can defend yourself incase she files something against you. If you do not wish to take such a chance then on the basis of cruelty, you can file for divorce.
