My wife marrying somewhere without divorce

We got married in 2017 in Alandi templenThen she used to live with her parents and used to say every time, I will come to stay with you this year and kept avoiding the matter. She kept promising that she would comeTill then she kept meeting me whenever she needed me As a husband.She played with my mental , emotional and physical emotionsSuddenly one day she said that I do not want to live with you, you get married somewhere elseHis family is local in the city where I live and now my life is in danger.

Well, you have not made clear, that, how your life is in danger. However, if you want to restore relationship with your wife, then you can file for the Restitution of the Conjugal Rights under Sec 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, if both of you, i.e, you and your Wife are Hindus.

Hello, you can simply file for restitution of conjugal rights petition to get her back in your life. You can opt to send her legal notice for bringing her back or to make her accountable for marital relationship and rights. You can also opt to file divorce proceedings against her.
