My wife left my house around 1 year back asking me alimony

My wife had seizures before marriage which my in-laws and my wife never said to us before. After we got to know she had seizures we accepted her on humanity grounds and we conceived a baby after her 1st birthday she left house and asking for separation with my parents which I am not accepting and she is not coming . Now that are asking my mom and dad property and her monthly expenses to us …. I am software engineer no property is under my name. She tortured me with her cruel behaviour, can any one you suggest how much alimony can court ask me to give her…

hi if she is not staying with you then you could file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights to ask her to come back to marital home and regarding alimony court might ask 20 to 25 percent of your salary but you could defend it
