My wife left me and my 5 Years old child

My wife left me and my 5 Years old child [son] 6 months back without any reason and now she is refusing to come back. Before leaving the house she just said that she wants to live alone..[How can she left her child as well].. I want her to come back as me and my son both are suffering because of all these situations. We had not applied for the divorce yet and even I don't want divorce because of my child. I don't know what to do know. Please suggest...

hi sir , this is situation where wife withdrawn herself without reason if you want her to come back you can try to connect with her or you can go for section reconstitution of conjugal right to ask her to come to your home and continue the matrimonial life with peace and harmony

sir you have make up your mind regarding this situation. if you feel like that your wife would come to house and she will stay with you then it's good if not then for the welfare of your child you have legal way out against your wife to avail it

First of all rather than going legally you should serve your partner a legal notice as to why he/she is doing all these and try to figure out what's going on in his/her mind regarding you. After that if he/she fails to give you satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area. But if you are willing to stay with him/her then you should file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life. you can file restitution of conjugal right under section 9 of Hindu marriage act, if your wife is dessered for two years, the process is very simple,file a complaint to the family court,if you want you can send legal notice first
