My wife left me 2yrs back. She filed section 9 on me and allegation that our family harrassed her for taken dowry and extra dowry many times and she saying that paid 24 lakhs to my parents hand. But the fact is we didn't take dowry 1 rupee also. No dowry. No harrassed her. How to prove her allegations are false in the court. Pls advice.

how to prove means.... she has to prove that she capable or her family capable to pay 24 lakh as dowry and how they paid from where they got that much money and she left the house and may be no cantact between you and your family with her than no question will come asking dowry
