My wife left me 2 years ago. Need help


22-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
We married in Dec2020. She left me in-front of crowd at my home after fight in Nov2021. She filed sec9 in Nov2022, in notice she mentioned I am inactive and dowry harassments but all are fake allegations on me. I filed sec 13 1ia. Court mediation failed, next hearing is on June 2024. Case status: On Enquiry. She is not coming back, not giving divorce and settlement. Her mother saying to waste my time. How to resolve issue. please provide strategy I need divorce.

The severity, frequency, and duration of the conduct are also taken into account. The spouse seeking divorce on grounds of mental cruelty must provide evidence and demonstrate that the cruelty has reached a level where it has made the continuation of the marriage intolerable.

Since you have filed a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty you would have to prove it before the Court. Would like to legally peruse the contents of the divorce petition alongwith the documents filed to tender Our considered opinion on the same. You need to press on the grounds of your petition alongwith the substantive materials filed with your divorce petition. If u have filed divorce it’s good it must be in Ws stage don’t let it go any date from your side and if there is any maintenance amount is order don’t comply with the order promptly make it delay proceedings for further query please free to call or text
