My wife left matrimonial home 3 months ago without any reason stating that she don't want to live with my parents, but how will I prove after 21 months that she left 2yrs ago? Meanwhile I she has not done any cases against me till now and I am send some expenses for her and baby every month. Please answer my question. I want to file divorce case on desertion ground after 2yrs.

yes you can file petition against her for filling of divorce since you don't want to spend life with her and she left the house 3 months ago without informing you you can go for mutual divorce as well as contested divorce depend on you both

go file it. do not worry your advocate will assist you in getting your desired relief. although I'm not very clear with your question but time limit is immaterial for suing on the ground of desertion.

if you file divorce it will go against you any one would be happy to do as that person will earn from you need to act responsibly so that you dont get monrtarily stripped of by your wife and her family detailed history is needed.
