My wife keeping affair with 1 guy

My wife has affair with 1 guy in her office can i place a complaint on him she has agreed that they wear in affair from past 3 years do i get any money from his side or does he get punished for this

your wife might have admitted before you about her affair with that guy but if you are contemplating any legal action against her in this regard Court will not make her give compensation to you. but if you can prove this matter in court you can recover compensation from that guy.

Dear Sir, You may file for divorce on the ground of her adulterous conduct and seek custody of children if applicable. You cannot claim money or compensation from the other man, but if you can prove adultery, you may use it to contest maintenance or alimony claims made by your wife. Collect credible evidence (messages, photos, or admissions) before proceeding legally. Consult a family lawyer to protect your rights.
