My wife keep on postponing my case section 13 1 (ia).

My wife left me 2 yrs back and I filed section 13 1 (ia). She was presenting to the court but she was keep on postponing my case from last 9 months so far. Single conversation not started yet. nShe filed case section 9 on me to resume the marriage, but reality she was not ready to cohabiting, not coming for mutual divorce and also not ready to giving divorce. My age is 33 now. Her family want to wasting my time to get me older. Please provide strategy to proceed further.

Unfortunately our judicial system is not very strict on litigants and thier advocates who are purposely stretching time. This purposely done time delays affects your fundamental rights and violates Article 21. You shall approach the Concerned High court and file a Civil revision petition , explaining the situation to the court and plead the court to fix a time frame for the disposal of the case.
