My wife is staying separately and not giving mutual consent

Hi Sir/Madam, I got married in May 2023, after marriage my wife started giving some or other excuse and avoiding physical intimacy. After consulting a cousellor for few sessions, we decided to get divorced. As just 3 months only passed in the marriage our lawyer suggested we will not get divorce so just had a written stamp paper agreement and decided to file mutual consent divorce after 1 year. Now she is demanding 50 lakhs for mutual consent and she is also not ready to come back

hi if she is not ready to give mutual divorce and not ready to come to marital home then you could file petition in court asking her to come to marital home and you could file for divorce also if she is not interested in continuing the marriage

Better to file rcr petition in the mediation. Report they will do like that they send the mediation report to court in that officer mat get clarity and better ti get-her evidences of demanding amount incase they will file maintenance in that also you can ur favourable orders
