My wife is in USA and is ready for mutual divorce but not ready to go

My wife is in USA. She is ready for mutual consent but not ready to go to court. I should handle everything on my own. Also she doesn't want anyone to know till she reveals. Is there a possibility to get the divorce settled without her visiting the court and I handle all the paperwork. Also no one else should be involved. She is ready to sign the documents.

okay I understand your questions so now both are ready to take mutual divorce right so your wife in USA she is not come to court. yes it is possible yyou only come and attend the case and got divorce finaly so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

hi, since your wife studying in usa, there is an option to file a mutual consent divorce case, but the thing is she has to sign the petition papers, and she can attend the case though video conference, for filing case and also for any clarifications please feel free to contact me thanks

if she doesn't want to come to court visiting better you can file mutually divorce petition in court then you can make application for video conferencing to hearing the case if court accepted then your problem will resolve
