My wife is hitting me and threaten to commit suicide if I leave her

It is happening for 2 years and happened yesterday as well my wife hitting me and threatening me if i leave her she will commit suicide. She is doing like maniac am living with her and father in law am not even staying with my mom who raised me and alone now she wont let me go to my mom. We have financial problem i requested her to come and live in kerala with my mom till we overcome financial trouble. She refused and want to live in banglore where am not able to afford thinhs as of now

1. you have to lodge a complaint in police station for threatening you to commit suicide. 2. you can register the case in court for threatening you. 3. you can file a case before the family court also.

you can get out of this situation by careful planning. first you collect the some evidence after saying/threatening you with taking her own life. (recording in mobile) Once it is done you can file a case of Judicial Separation.
