My wife is being living separately since last 3 Years, My father approached their relatives couples

My wife is being living separately since last 3 Years, My father approached their relatives couples of didn't gave any positive response, now their family and she said that she wants to live with me but at this point of time my emotions and feelings are completely damaged for her and i don't wanna live with her.I know that she will stretch my timings so that i will not try to get marry with another girl.

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then rather then dragging your relationship you can always file for divorce against her under cruelty grounds. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if you don't want to continue the relationship you can file for divorce on the ground of desertion. desertion is when a spouse leaves the other for no valid reason for a period exceeding two years. in such cases courts will give you divorce decree. feel free to contact me incase of further queries

If your wife is living separately and she deserted you for more than 3 years then you can file a contested divorce on the ground of desertion and cruelty for not giving you the life a husband deserves after his marriage. If you have children then the facts can affect you in some way or the other, therefore, complete facts must be looked into before you go for any legal remedy.

you can go for a divorce case before family court and get a divorce from court with all legal process and get seperation and you can also marry with another girl after divorce thanks and you can contact me on my phone no. for any further proceedings.
