My wife has extra marital affair

My wife has no physical relationship with me since last 5 years. At present she is involved in some adulteries activities with her new boyfriend through mobile phone like showing her nude body to him or seeing his private parts, video calling him while she is bathing. I am very disappointed, my mind remain in tension throughout a day. I have some audio recording of her. We have a child of 4 year. What should I do in that condition. Pls guide me

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have proof regarding the nude pics she had shared or any type of adultery she had shared during chats you have to collect all and if you still want to continue regarding your child discuss about this if she still wants to get separated do with her consent file mutual divorce for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

if your wife has boyfried and you have sufficent evidence for it then you can file the divorce case against your wife. Once you proved that your wife have extra meritial affairs than court may order for divorce.

in concern with your query, for better future of your child you have to file divorce on the ground of she is not interested for physical relationship with you due to involve in adultery. after regular conversation with her she is not willing for married life .
