My wife given money I have taken the money

On last hearing judge given penalty fee 1000 rpees to my wife. Today in the court judge asked my wife give the money to me. I have taken, immediately judge questioned me why ur taking money from your wife give it to her she said. I have given it back. How we can understand this situation? Is there any issue to me? How to respond or behave next time.

Dear Sir, You should not take such matter seriously. The Judge might have on sympathy grounds asked you to return Rupees One Thousand to your wife. It seems to be a family case and more over it seems the lady Judge may be in favour of your wife better to get it transferred to some other Family Court or just postpone the matter till the Judge is transferred.

this is not a issue that he is going to affect your case because you have just followed the good formality believing it to be followed. just follow your advocate sir directions unless you find him not so skilled.
