My wife files fake dowry & DV case against me

My wife filed fake case of dowry, domestic violence with section 9 and 125 for maintenance.
But I submitted proof that she is working lady, so then she withdrew 125 maintenance case.
I want to know sir still is there any possibility of monthly maintenance i have to pay on basis of DV case?

May be you have to but you show the order of 125 to Dv Court you have to file your income affidavit and if you have child you have to give maintenance and if wife is earning more than you then you may not have to for further query please free to call

No do not pay monthly maintenance to your wife give them a divorce if u don't want her and pay one time amount in the court full and final there is many possibilities in your side after that you have to quash FIR in high court

The provision for domestic voilence lies under section 125 CrPC. If the wife has withdrawn the application for maintenance then she can not claim maintenance in further trial. In the matter of other fake cases, it is the matter of trial to prove it
