My wife filed maintenance on me. Can I buy bike and register on me or shall I register with my sibling. Which is better

You will have to disclose all assets (movable and immovable properties) in your name to the court. If you’re purchasing one right now during the pendency of the case then it would be best that the bike is NOT registered in your name.

Dear Sir, It is better to buy bike in the name of your sibling during the pendency of case filed by your wife seeking maintenance. You must create documents more and more to show that you are incurring more and more expenditure towards you and your parents and payment of rent, transportation etc.
