1) If i w ant to give divorce to my wife what is legal issues?n2) I don't have to prove she cheated me ?n3) how about the children's

hi you are eligible to file divorce if you could have proved that your wife had cheated you and as far as children are concerned you can file an application for their custody and court would decide whom to give custody dependng on the facts of case
