My wife brother is a lawyer and is threatening me if I file for divorce he will file false allegations against me and my family my father is not ready to disown me under affidavit what are the options so that my family don't get pulled in false allegations can I send a letter to superintendent office that my in laws are threatening me ....or can I disown my parents myself under affidavit ? What would be the best solution to avoid family harrasment

good morning I am advocate Vivek according to you kiss if you brother in law is threatening you for false allegation you kindly go to police station file a company or lodge an FIR against him for further more queries kindly contact me thank you

dear client as per your query I can only suggest you that either of the party that is you or your opponent there are false statements made and police personnel are good in that if there is threat yes you can give your representation before DM and SSP through registered post or by hand with a detailed description for further assistance please contact us for paid consultation with your relevant documents.
